We make one product family and make it well: CRPS and M-CRPS server power supplies from 550W to 5.5kW. No consumer adapters, no generic chargers — every engineering hour goes into the 73.5×40×185mm envelope your racks depend on.

Specialist, Not Generalist

TitanWatt exists to serve one buyer profile: server, storage, networking and GPU system makers who need a power supply partner that understands hot-swap mechanics, N+1 redundancy, PMBus 1.2 telemetry and hot-swap mechanical fit as deeply as they do. Our entire platform is CRPS-form-factor: 550W through 2400W titanium-class units in production today, and an M-CRPS 54V line in joint development with early partners.

That focus shows up in the numbers we publish and stand behind: 96% peak efficiency at 50% load on the 230V redundant curve, a 90/96/91% profile across the 10/50/100% Titanium gate points, five protection circuits (OVP/UVP/OCP/OTP/fan-fault), and a design reliability target of 250,000 hours MTBF at 40°C per Telcordia SR-332. Full output is specified from -5°C to +55°C ambient — the same derating discipline our competitors publish, verified on our own test floor.

Platform Roadmap

An Honest Wattage Ladder

We publish our roadmap the way we want suppliers to publish theirs: by stage, not by promise. The 550W / 800W / 1300W / 1600W / 2000W / 2400W CRPS Titanium segments are in production and open for orders. The 3000W–5500W M-CRPS 54V segment is at the development-samples stage, built for ORv3 slot compatibility — where one 33kW power shelf is six 5.5kW modules in a 5+1 array. Beyond that, 8kW/12kW GPU units and a 33kW shelf remain on the roadmap as joint-development directions. We would rather show you today's envelope — 2400W maximum in the standard CRPS-185 footprint — than a spec sheet we cannot yet ship.

Company Background

EMS Manufacturing Genes

TitanWatt grew out of an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) operation in Shenzhen, and that background defines how we work. Instead of designing a power supply and handing it to the lowest bidder, we run our own production chain end to end: SMT and DIP mixed-process lines for board assembly, automated test equipment (ATE) for electrical verification, dedicated burn-in rooms for aging screens, and an in-house safety and compliance laboratory. The same floor that builds your first 20 engineering samples builds your production volume — which is why batch consistency, not just the golden sample, is what we compete on.

For B2B buyers this means one accountable partner from specification review to FOB Shenzhen shipment: samples in 2–4 weeks, production lead time of 6–10 weeks including burn-in, and standard-product MOQs of 100–500 units per order.

Foundation

The EMS manufacturing base was established in Shenzhen with SMT+DIP lines, ATE stations and a safety laboratory. Classical CRPS 550W/800W/1300W platforms were brought through design and certification for the enterprise server and storage markets.

CRPS Line Maturity

The CRPS-185 family extended upward to 1600W, 2000W and 2400W — all 80 PLUS Titanium on the 230V redundant curve — with hot-swap N+1 support, active current sharing and full PMBus 1.2 telemetry across the range.

M-CRPS Development

The modular M-CRPS platform entered development targeting 3.3kW and 5.5kW in the same 73.5×40×185mm envelope with a 54V output stage and ORv3 slot compatibility. Development samples are now in joint evaluation with early partners — including an AI cluster program running 5.5kW units at the dev stage.

Power Shelf Roadmap

Building on the 5.5kW module as its unit cell, a 33kW power shelf (six modules, 5+1 redundant) is on the roadmap as a joint-development direction with hyperscale ODMs and rack integrators — consistent with where the ORv3 ecosystem is heading industry-wide.

R&D Engineering

Hardware, layout and firmware teams owning topology design (LLC + DC-PFC with synchronous rectification), thermal paths, protection circuits and the PMBus command set — plus the customization work: airflow direction, connector options, telemetry maps.

Manufacturing

SMT+DIP lines, ATE electrical test, burn-in rooms and packaging under one roof in Shenzhen. Process engineers own the golden-finger and mechanical tolerances that decide whether a PSU drops into your 1U/2U chassis without rework.

Quality & Compliance

An ISO 9001-governed system running incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection, with an in-house safety laboratory supporting IEC/UL 62368-1, CB, CE, UKCA, FCC, RoHS and REACH coverage. Every shipment leaves with aging and test traceability.
