TitanWatt collects personal information through this website only when you choose to provide it — most commonly through the inquiry form on the contact page, an email to sales@ems-crps.com, or a request for samples or documentation. The information we typically receive includes your name, company, work email, target wattage, application and estimated volumes. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy contact lists.
Inquiry data is used for one purpose: answering your request and following up on the resulting commercial or engineering conversation. This may involve sharing your technical requirements internally with the sales and engineering teams assigned to your project, or with logistics partners strictly as needed to ship samples you have ordered. If you signed an NDA with us, the terms of that NDA govern any technical disclosures in addition to this policy.
We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship is active or reasonably expected to resume, so that context is not lost between engineering generations of your platform. You may ask us at any time to confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete correspondence that is no longer needed — write to sales@ems-crps.com and we will action the request within a reasonable period, subject to record-keeping duties that apply to completed transactions.
This website uses only functional cookies and local storage required for the site to render and for forms to submit correctly. We do not use third-party analytics that profile individual visitors. Server logs, where kept by our hosting provider, are used for security and availability monitoring and are not combined with inquiry records for marketing purposes.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties except as described above or where required by applicable law. If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

The content of ems-crps.com is provided for general information about TitanWatt's CRPS and M-CRPS power supply products and capabilities. While we work to keep specifications current, values published here — including efficiency figures, dimensions, power ratings and lead times — are indicative and may change. Product pages marked "Development Samples" or "Roadmap" describe offerings that are not in volume production and must not be treated as an offer to supply. Binding specifications exist only in a signed datasheet, quotation or supply agreement.
Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, warranty or engineering guarantee. Any order, custom development engagement or sample arrangement becomes effective only through a separate written agreement between TitanWatt and your organization. In particular, quoted lead times such as two to four weeks for samples or six to ten weeks for production are typical planning figures, not contractual commitments, unless expressly written into a purchase confirmation.
